I provide what’s called Neurodiversity-Affirming Care. That just means therapy is focused on helping you adapt to living in this complex world based on who you are as a person.

I understand that you don’t need to change as a person. You just need your life to work.

To get started I’ll help you:

    1. Explore your values and build upon your strengths, using them to your advantage

    2. Identify any barriers ADHD has created and improve your relationships

    3. Provide psychoeducation about ADHD—Self-knowledge is power!!!

    4. Unpack the past, interrupt negative self-talk, and re-write your narrative

    5. Put our ADHD minds together to come up with unique and personalized solutions

My job is to help you learn how to accept yourself and let go of your regrets and move forward towards the future you want—to teach you how to lean into your intuition and discover what works for you.

If you are ready to learn how to find success with ADHD you can book a free 15-minute consultation.
